Test early, test often. Those two phrases can be very daunting to teams new to agile projects. Janet shares her experiences in how testing activities change in an agile environment, and what skills testers need to enhance their team’s ability to deliver a quality product. If your team doesn’t have a tester, then this is an opportunity for you to learn the benefits of testing activities such as exploratory testing as part of the whole team approach to delivering quality.  Participants will have an opportunity to practice their skills at some of these testing activities.
